01 Using this website

These terms apply whenever you use this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You may browse the website, read it and share links to it. Please do not use it in a way that breaks the law, interferes with how it runs, or tries to reach parts of it or the systems behind it that are not public.

02 The houses and images on this website

The houses shown here are designs by SUNARC, in design or under construction. Their images are renderings of each design, not photographs of finished homes.

A design can change before and during construction, so a finished house may differ from its rendering. Descriptions of a project describe the design as drawn.

03 Information, not professional advice

The website gives general information about SUNARC and how we work. It is not architectural, engineering or legal advice about your property or your project.

A professional relationship with SUNARC begins only when you and SUNARC sign a written agreement. Reading the website, or sending us a message, does not create one.

04 Messages and enquiries

When you send the contact form, email or call us, you agree that we may reply to you, and contact you about your enquiry, by phone or email at the details you give us. We send text messages only if you tick a text-message box on the form (see Text messages below).

Please do not send confidential documents through the contact form. How we collect, use and share what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

05 Text messages (SMS)

SUNARC sends text messages only to people who agree to receive them, by ticking one or both of the optional boxes on our contact form: one for messages about your enquiry (appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-up messages about your project), one for marketing messages (marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts and new product updates). Agreeing is not a condition of sending the form or of working with SUNARC.

• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.
• To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You can also ask us by email at [email protected] or by calling (727) 625-4100.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or email [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be 18 or older to sign up for our text messages.

How we handle your mobile number and your consent is set out in our Privacy Policy. We never share them with third parties for their marketing.

06 Our designs and content

The text, renderings, drawings, photographs and designs on this website belong to SUNARC or to those who have licensed them to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish or reuse them, or build from the designs, without our written permission.

07 Other websites

This website links to our pages on Instagram and LinkedIn. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for what they contain. Those sites follow their own terms.

08 Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is complete, up to date or free of interruption. You use it at your own risk.

As far as the law allows, SUNARC is not responsible for any loss that results from using this website or from relying on what it says.

09 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you use the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
