When you send the contact form on this website, we receive what you enter:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your estimated construction budget
• When you are ready to start
• The address of the property
• Anything you tell us about your property
• Whether you agree to receive text messages from us (two optional boxes on the form)

When you email or call us, we receive your message and the details you include.

Information collected automatically

This website uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you visit, your approximate location, your device and browser, how you arrived at the site, and when you send the contact form or tap our phone number or email address. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

The company that hosts our website and stores enquiries also records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser.

03 How we share information

We share information only in these ways:

• With the service providers that host this website, store enquiries, send email and measure how the site is used.
• If we work together on a project, with the consultants and authorities the work requires, such as structural engineers and the offices that issue permits.
• When the law requires it.

We do not sell your information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

04 Calls, emails and text messages

Calls and emails

When you send the contact form, you agree that SUNARC may call you at the phone number you give us and email you at the address you give us, about your enquiry and your project. You can ask us to stop at any time by email to [email protected] or by calling (727) 625-4100. You can unsubscribe from any email we send you.

Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who agree to receive them. The contact form has two separate, optional boxes, and neither is ticked for you:

• Messages about your enquiry: appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-up messages about your project.
• Marketing messages: marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts and new product updates.

Agreeing to text messages is not a condition of sending the form, of buying any service, or of working with SUNARC.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop sending you texts. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

05 Cookies and your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings.

We keep information for as long as we need it to answer your enquiry and serve it, to keep our project records, or as the law requires.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No way of sending or storing information is perfectly secure.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

This website links to our pages on Instagram and LinkedIn. Those sites follow their own privacy policies.
